CALCMOL

DESCRIPTION

CALCMOL is a utility for making a fast molecule-in-a-box calculation. An orthorhombic "box" is automatically constructed, based on the size of the molecule.

The utility is run via ::pwtk::calcmol command (or the calcmol shortcut).
