Define a SH "profile" within the PWTK script. See also: ::pwtk::SH.
ARGUMENTS
- profileName -- name of the profile
- profileSpecs -- definition of the 'profileName' profile
- pwtkSpecs -- definition of the PWTK profile to be used when the 'profileName' SH profile is used
