USAGE
::pwtk::queue::optionParser $queueSystem none or ::pwtk::queue::optionParser $queueSystem parse
DESCRIPTION
How to parse options, specified on the QUEUE command-line. Possibilities are:
- none -- do not parse options, but add them verbatim as the command-line options of the $queue($queueSystem,submitCmd) command
- parse -- parse options and incorporate them into the Slurm batch script file
